Is YUHI free?
Yes. Every feature is free at launch, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
What is golden hour?
The time just after sunrise and before sunset, when the sun is low and the light is warm and soft. YUHI defines it as the sun between −4° and +6°. Blue hour is the deep-blue time when the sun is between −6° and −4° below the horizon.
Does it work offline?
Yes. All sun and moon times are calculated on your device. Only the weather forecast needs a connection.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch running iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and watchOS 27. It's available in English, Arabic, German, Japanese and Spanish.
What does YUHI mean?
YUHI (夕日, said yoo-hee) is Japanese for "the evening sun."
